Canada - Typically arrives within 3-5 business days.

Rest of the world - Typically arrives within 5-6 business days, although this time may extend depending on location and regulations.

We handle every order within 4 business days.

We will post tracking numbers to your order at the time of shipment or as soon as they are available.

We have a 30-day return policy. This 30 day period goes into effect once the order is shipped from our location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind the original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You will be responsible for any shipping costs or fees related to the return of the item.

Keep your investment safe

To reduce the chances of scratching or scuffing of the chain, we recommend keeping your jewelry within the provided box when not worn.

Don't use harsh chemicals

We recommend cleaning your jewelry gently with warm water and soap. Cleaning chemicals can damage the plating of the jewelry.

Avoid straches and scuffs

Aside from keeping your jewelry safe within the provided box when not worn. We recommend taking off your jewelry when doing manual tasks that could damage the jewelry. This includes any action that could damage the plating.

We provide a one year warranty for all product manufacturing defects.

This does not include normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not apply to stolen or lost items.
